Agha Shah Zaman is a co-founder of Get Menu — the ordering system that gives a restaurant its own ordering page, sends each order into the WhatsApp groups the team already uses, and charges a flat monthly price with no commission on sales.
He works as a business technology analyst, bridging business and IT with a focus on process optimisation and digital transformation — the discipline behind how Get Menu fits a restaurant's real workflow rather than the other way round. He holds a BS in Economics, Law and International Relations from the Institute of Business Management (2018–2022).

What a byline on this site means
Nothing on this site publishes itself. An article is read and approved by a person before it can go live, and the software that moves it there cannot write, reword or approve anything — it only releases what has already been signed off.
Drafts are checked automatically against a list of things this product cannot do, before a human ever sees them — including the claims that would flatter us. A draft that offers a way to pay we do not support, promises more than a plan actually allows, or writes a price into the prose instead of pointing at the pricing page, is sent back rather than queued.
When an article is updated, the date shown to readers moves only if the text actually changed. We do not refresh dates to look current.
